Instructions to run the model:

1. DATA. Convert the ASCII data into Excel files (.xls):
    File data1.csv must be converted into a file named mcs2005_25sectores.xls
    The previous file includes de Social Accounting Matrix.
    File data2.csv must be converted into a file named mcs2000.xls
    The previous file includes additional data of taxes.
    The file model.gms does not need to be converted into Excel. It includes
    parameter values and the data for MNEs and simulations.
    
2. MODEL. The text file named model.gms must be run with GAMS software (www.gams.com).
    The Excel files and the model.gms file must be located in the same directory.
    In order to run the model the user must hold a license of GAMS including the
    following solvers:
    CONOPT
    PATH
    MPSGE
