1. "00_Preparation.sps" // Data preparation.
2. "01_Descriptions.do" // File generates figures depicted in table 1, table 2, table 3, and table 5.
3. "02_Pens_parade.sps" // File generates figure 1.
4. "03_RE-estimation.do" // File generates figures depicted in table 4.
5. "04_Logit_ols-estimation.do" // File generates figure 2, figure 3, figure 4, figure 5, figure 6, figure 7, and numbers depicted in table 6.
